The second revision of the threat and risk model as been submitted to the OMG process for consideration at the Systems Assurance task force as part of the OMG meeting in La Jolla, CA Dec 9th.
The submission team has opened the draft specification up for comment, which can utilize this web portal. The artifacts are available here:
