About Us

The threat/risk community is a coalition of commercial organizations, government and academia to address the crucial threats facing our society by being better able to understand, federate and share threat and risk information. This community is still in its formation stages with most of the effort being directed at standards. Our vision is inclusive of standards, commercial capabilities, diverse information sources and open source technologies and data working together collaboratively. Our expectation is to grow this simple web site into a portal for the community and the resources which support it.

Your support in community building and support is very welcome. No one organization, country or effort will solve these pervasive problems - combating threats from natural sources and threat-actors is an international "team sport". Some of our participants are funded by their organizations while others are donating their valuable personal time. Join us, collaborate and make good things happen!
