About Me: 

Ms. Ginn has over 25 years of international business experience in engineering consulting, information technology, and more recently cyber security threat intelligence. Some skills include: network design using defense-in-depth principles, penetration testing, red team/blue team design and execution, cybersecurity exercise development, vendor product evaluation and ISAO member on-boarding, threat analysis, risk assessment and cybersecurity trainig. She serves on the OASIS Cyber Threat Intelligence - Technical Committee (CTI-TC) on STIX/TAXII/CybOX standards development and is an appointed adviser on the European Network Information & Security Agency (ENISA) Threat Landscape Stakeholders Group. She is one of the Co-Founders of the Cyber Threat Intelligence Network, Inc. (CTIN).

She has performed several leadership roles in various organizations. As Director of Operations for a non-profit entity funded by Novartis she had sign-off authority on a software engineering product for a web-based platform in the health services industry. As General Manager of the US West Coast operations office for CG Maersk she represented the company using the offshore outsourcing model for software engineering. She also served as Executive Director of a US/Mexico international trade organization and served as a Liaison Officer to the Trade Minister of Costa Rica during the Seattle World Trade Organization meetings.

She has taught courses at 5 Universities both in on-ground and on-line modalities. She served from 1994 through 2001 as an adviser on international trade to five Secretaries of the U.S. Department of Commerce on the Environmental Technologies Trade Export Council (ETTAC). She also served 5 years on the Washington District Export Council (DEC).

She holds a Master of Science in Information Assurance (MSIA) from Norwich University where she earned the "Outstanding Student" award from the faculty. She also holds a Masters in Environmental Science & Regional Planning (MRP) from Washington State University where she was a Fellow of the Institute for Resource Management.
